Purpose: Creation of questionnaires for course evaluation
If you belong to a university that conducts course evaluations organized by the ZQ/HESW, the following data will be stored about you:

- Forename
- Title
- E-mail address
- Institution to which you belong
- Title of the course you are teaching
The processing activity serves to create course-specific questionnaires for teaching evaluation and to send them to you for the evaluation to be carried out.
