This project aims at developing viable, sustainable best-practice-models in the field of quality management at Faculty 05. In close cooperation with the dean, the management and the registrar’s office, the project team develops suggestions for effective administrative cooperation at Faculty 05 to minimize redundancies. After the conceptual phase, selected pilot projects will be put into practice.
The data and experience collected during the course of the project will be stored and rendered accessible for further use. This resource will be integrated with the office for service and information (PHILIS), thus offering a comprehensive source of information on the faculty level, e.g. capacities, semester hours and position structures.
