The Faculty of Biology currently offers six Master's degree programs: Master in Biology (M.Sc.), Master in Molecular Biotechnology (M.Sc.), Master in Neuroscience (M.Sc.), Master of Education in Biology (M.Ed.), International Master in Microbiology (M.Sc.) in a double degree with the University of Dijon (France), and from winter term 2024/2025 the new Master in Evolutionary Biology (M.Sc.). Would you like to know more about a Master's program? The Master's programs and modules will be presented at an information event in Biozentrum 1 (Hanns-Dieter-Hüsch-Weg 15). Take advantage of an orientation lecture in the lecture hall and talk to students and lecturers of the individual modules at a poster exhibition in the foyer!

For whom?
* This information event is primarily aimed at B.Sc. students of Biology, Molecular Biology and Molecular Biotechnology in their advanced semesters who are interested in applying for a Master's program at the Faculty of Biology at JGU for the winter term 2025-26 or the summer term 2026. The online application deadline for the winter term Master's program in Biology is always May 15. The online application deadline for the summer term is always November 15 (see also information under Master - Studies.) However, at least 135 credits must have been earned in the B.Sc. program in order to apply.
