For the duration of four years (2015–2019), the scientific transfer project is responsible for the national and international cross-university coordination of research projects of the BMBF-funded program in the area of validation and methodological innovations in modeling and measuring competencies in higher education.
The scientific transfer project is led by Professor Hans Anand Pant (Humboldt University of Berlin) and Professor Olga Zlatkin-Troitschanskaia (Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz). The project fosters cooperation and scientific exchange among the teams of 16 research projects as well as between the project teams and international partners, stakeholders from higher education policy and practice, and the public. The combined expertise translates into joint research approaches and meta-studies of the KoKoHs program.
