Support in the Start2train project – Value Add for your Start-up

Start2train supports Start-ups in becoming part of the vocational education and training program and developing new methods for vocational training. To ensure success and to offer good value add, we support the entire project via quality monitoring.

We analyse, if the various measures functioned in the project, and why this was the case, or if adjustments are reasonable to best support the integration of Start-ups into vocational training programs. The aim is not to evaluate individual companies, but to examine the conditions under which vocational training in Start-ups is successful and which support is effective.

 

What are the benefits of quality monitoring for Start-ups?

The quality monitoring aims to support the creation of optimal conditions for Start-ups in vocational training. It serves the following purposes:

✔ Recognizing specific challenges at an early stage and finding solutions

✔ Making efficient approaches visible and developing them further

✔ Supporting Start-ups systematically through continuous feedback in training, e.g. their staff

We explore the specific conditions and demands for vocational training in Start-ups, which challenges exist and what opportunities arise. We make use of short (digital) surveys, structured interviews and regular contact with Start-ups and other project partners.

 

How do we support Start-ups within the project?

The accompanying quality monitoring encompasses several steps:

(1) Analysis of the initial situation → What specific conditions exist in the Start-ups? What needs and potential are there?

(2) Identification of challenges & potential → Which conditions play a significant role? Which factors favour or hinder vocational training?

(3) Accompanying quality monitoring → What are the success factors and which opportunities for optimisation exist?

(4) Evaluation of findings → Which measures were successful? Where it the potential for improvement?

(5) Derivation of practical actions → What strategies help to optimize training structures and processes in Start-ups and anchor them in the long-term?
