About the Journal
NomoK@non is an online journal for the field of law and religion. Here, all interested parties from academia, practice and society will find contributions on current as well as historical topics from the intersection of law and religion. The subject matter is both state and supranational law ("Nomos"), which relates to religion, and internal religious law, especially canon law ("Kanon"). The journal was founded in 1998 by Prof. Dr. Richard Puza and has been continued by Prof. Dr. Dr. Burkhard Berkmann since 2021.
