Saturday Morning Physics

Objectives:
Through a series of lectures, motivated senior year high school students are given a fascinating and easily intelligible introduction to areas of recent research in physics. In addition, they are provided with information on the study of physics at university level and examples of how physicists conduct research.

Target groups:
groups of 200-300 motivated senior year high school students

lectures by researchers on their current work, demonstration experiments, discussions, excursions
