There is a reserved space at the black board of the lab course ( 2nd floor Staudingerweg 9, building 2.413) for this purpose.
You can pin (old school) queries there (like ‘WS 22/23: I’m looking for a partner to do the following project with me…’, what, when, who).
Please specify the semester clearly, so that they can be removed if no longer relevant.
If you are still abroad and look for a partner, please create such a query and send it to bluemler@uni-mainz.de with the request to print it and pin it there.
OR leave a comment/request on this page (best both!). Please notify me via email to publish your comment!

Hi,
I am looking for partner(s) (ger/eng) to do the two parts of "Advanced Laboratory Course" in SS 26. My main interest is in Solid State Physics, but I’m also open to other topics.

Hey Timo,
Are you still looking for a partner for the lab project? I’m aiming to do both parts of the Advanced Laboratory Course next semester (SS 26) as well. If you’re interested you can reach me at rweisbec@students.uni-mainz.de.
Hi,
I am looking for a partner to do the two parts of "Advanced Laboratory Course" in SS 26. I haven’t decided for any special projects yet and am open for suggestions :).
Let me know if you are interested!
Hej Sarah,
i have also not done any of the advanced laboratory course for the master good luck for someone in SS26. I would be interested in finding a partner. My focus is very mathematical and theoretical with the passion for Nuclear Physics.
If you think that I’m a great fit contact me under lmuesel@students.uni-mainz.de.
Hej Everyone,

Hi Everyone,
I know I’m very late to the party, but maybe someone just starting out or changing universities is looking for a partner. I’m looking to complete the advanced lab course in SS26. I’m flexible when it comes to choosing projects.
Concerning languages, I’m fine with both English and German.
Hi, if you still haven’t find a partner I am interested. This is my first semester at JGU so this would be for me the first part of the Advanced Laboratory Course.
I am interested in either “Get in touch with Accelerator Physics” or “Low Gain Avalanche Detectors (LGADs)” and both projects are intended to be carried out by two students working together so let me know if you’re interested!
Hi Everyone,
I am still looking for a partner for the advanced laboratory project for SS26 since I’ve only recently enrolled. I am interested in either “Get in touch with Accelerator Physics” or “Low Gain Avalanche Detectors (LGADs)” and both projects are intended to be carried out by two students working together so let me know if you’re interested!
I am Italian and still learning German, so if it’s not a problem I would prefer to speak English!
I’m interested in working together on the advanced laboratory project, especially on “Get in touch with Accelerator Physics” or “Low Gain Avalanche Detectors (LGADs)”.
I would just like to ask when you are planning to start. Would it be possible to begin after the QFT final exam?
English is totally fine for me.
