Dedicated measurements in optics, atomic and molecular spectroscopy have reached amazing precision in testing the fundamental laws of physics. Such precision tests provide information about  physics beyond the Standard Model, which is complementary to high-energy physics or astrophysics experiments.  Precision tests follow two different philosophies: 1) for simple systems, for which theory can reach ultra-high level of accuracy, a precise comparisons of experiment and theory can reveal new physics; 2) in more complex systems interactions that are forbidden by symmetry within the standard model of particle physics can be propbed with suitable set-ups. This course will cover the background and details of the most recent experiments at the precision frontier such as:

1. Precision tests of QED with simple atoms and molecules
2. Precision tests of electroweak parity violation in atoms and molecules
3. Hadronic, atomic and molecular searches for CP-violating electric dipole moments
4. Terrestrial searches for dark matter
5. AMO searches for variations of fundamental constants
6. Searches for new bosons and fith forces with magnetometry, atomic and molecular spectroscopy
7. Tests of the equivalence principle and local Lorentz invariance with AMO experiments
8. Experiments with antimatter
