With the start of the experiments at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN in Geneva, new and better theoretical calculations are needed. In particular one is interested in radiative corrections to processes involving a large number of hard partons.
Traditional methods for the computation of radiative corrections are not suitable for this task, because they grow factorially with the number of hard partons and because they are numerically unstable. In this project we investigate a purely numerical approach. This is highly non-trivial, because loop integrals have ultraviolet and infrared divergences. We subtract (and add back) suitable chosen subtraction term, such that the subtracted integrand is integrable.
