Theoretical and empirical contributions are equally welcome. The keynote speech of the workshop will be delivered by Prof. Daniel Hamermesh (University of Texas at Austin).

The deadline for submissions is January 7, 2011. Authors of submitted papers will be notified of the decision shortly thereafter.
