Research

My primary research interests are analytical models applied to the field of accounting with an emphasis on corporate governance, auditing, accounting conservatism, fair value measurement, and debt contracting. I focus on strategic interactions and information communication between managers, shareholders and the board of directors, and how this accounting information is subsequently used in the decision-making process of firms and investors. Here you can find more information on my current and past research as well as faculty seminars and brown bag seminar.
