Monday Afternoon: Botanical Garden?

Registration starts at 2pm on Monday. So how do you pass the time until the reception starts at 5? Why not take a stroll in the university's botanical garden? Should the weather turn bad, there are always the greenhouses.

Group Bookings for Excursions

Please note that the Guided City Tour, Sparkling Wine Tour & Great Wine Capital tour, all organised by the local tourist board, can only be booked on an individual basis through the web form. Groups would need to contact the tourist board directly

The New Synagogue Tour is organised by one of our colleagues, and we happily accept group bookings (conditional on available places).

Lunches & Refreshments

Participants may eat lunch in the university canteen. (Tuesday-Friday, 12.30-13.45). There is no need to buy vouchers or to pre-book. If you don't fancy what's on the menu, there are alternatives.
