To improve our website, we use the open source web analytics system Piwik (http://www.piwik.org). The collected data is stored on our servers and not analysed by third parties.
Furthermore we apply the instructions of the "Landesbeauftragen für Datenschutz Rheinland-Pfalz" concerning the use of Piwik (http://www.datenschutz.rlp.de/downloads/oh/oh_piwik.pdf). These are among others:
- The collected ip-address is reduced by two numbers before storing and evaluation (e.g. 82.165.xxx.xxx).
- The information on the web page the user has previously used (referrer) is not evaluated.
- The life time of cookies that are used for analysis are limited to one week.
You can exercise your right of objection against the logging by using the below "opt-out" feature.
