Comprehensible, learner oriented and activating instruction: Online Learning by Accessing Videopresentations (OlaV)

Presentation skills in combination with classroom management skills are a core competence for teachers and prerequisite for ensuring high standards of instructional quality. A video-based learning environment is used to provide an opportunity for teacher students to observe and evaluate one’s own performance and to receive and validate feedback from peers. A set of instructive and evaluative questions is provided to guide the feedback and to encourage the students to further explore and develop their presentation skills.
