Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (JGU) is a European and an international university and the academic center of the German federal state of Rhineland-Palatinate. Numerous international educational and research cooperations and the integration of a high percentage of students and scholars from around the world testify to that. Due to the continuing internationalization of academic programs and research, Mainz University prepares its students for tasks in an international context.
